I design learning that makes people better at what they do and feel better doing it. After six years in accounting and five teaching high school math, I found my sweet spot in learning and development. Now, as an instructional designer, I help organizations create meaningful learning that drives performance, builds confidence, and makes work feel human again.

When I’m not designing learning, I’m writing stories about transformation, the quiet, messy kind that changes people forever.
My debut novel, Ghost Dater, is a thriller about justice, morality, and the gray areas in between. I also write on Substack about creativity, emotional growth, and the art of becoming.
